Buffer Tank

FENNEX Storaqua Buffer Tank is a water-filled vessel designed to increase efficiency in renewable energy systems and integrate multiple heat sources into a single system. It is also a highly recommended component for heat pump installations.

This tank stores the water heated by the heat pump and functions as energy storage by providing hot water to the system when needed. Additionally, it extends the lifespan and increases the efficiency of heat pumps by preventing frequent "short-cycling" (constant starting and stopping). FENNEX Storaqua Buffer Tank provides flexible usage and makes it possible to support the heat pump with various other heat sources. It is also crucial for heat pumps to meet their minimum water flow rate requirements. Buffer tanks are non-enameled accumulation tanks, and an internal coil can be added upon request.
